Recorder field days

Improve your recording skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

Our recorder field days are informal, peer-to-peer learning experiences where naturalists share their knowledge while spending a day in the field together.

Whether you are a beginner or an expert, we invite you to participate. These recording days cover a range of habitats and taxa. Some days have specific themes or focus on particular species groups, but the content is generally determined by participants’ interests.

These days provide an opportunity to practice identification and surveying skills in a friendly environment, helping you build confidence in biological recording.
